Learning from Delaware’s Indigenous Communities, Healing Delaware’s Watersheds
This project will engage UD’s environmental humanities and environmental journalism students with Lenape tribal elders and youth to restore a sizeable piece of Lenape tribal property, including a tribal cemetery, by removing invasive plants and replanting the property with native and traditional edible and medicinal plants.
